<h1>Account Executive </h1><p><strong>Department: </strong>Account Management </p><p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full Time</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Mexico City </p><p><strong>Reporting To: </strong>Karla Nunez</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$36,000 / month</p><br><br><h3>Description</h3><div>We’re looking for a Account Executive to join our team remotely in Mexico. <br><br> </div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Learn and understand client’s brands, business models and business objectives.</li> <li>Act as sales support for client initiatives, sales opportunities, prospecting, and lead generation.</li> <li>Support the account management team with the identification and proactive presenting of retail, consumer trends relating to account objectives.</li> <li>Communicate daily with internal teams and external creative agencies as well as domestic and international suppliers.</li> <li>Identify potential client improvements/efficiencies with respect to procurement, product category focus, and alternative point of sale development.</li> <li>Support the account management team at an operational level including developing cost calculations, creating customer quotes and estimates, providing shipment tracking updates and leading product sourcing for designated accounts.</li> <li>Provide status reports for each account/program and review weekly with internal account management team.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to support logistics, operational and financial goals.</li> </ul><br><br><h3>Skills and Experience</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or high school degree with 3+ years of full-time work experience.</li> <li>Procurement outsourcing / brand / promotions experience a plus.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills.</li> <li>Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an appetite to learn.</li> <li>Organized, with the ability to exercise independent judgement, problem solve and prioritize.</li> </ul><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Benefits</h3><ul> <li>30 days Christmas bonus</li> <li>15 vacation days in the first year increasing as dictated by law.</li> <li>25% vacation premium</li> <li>$3,394.20 Food vouchers per month</li> <li>$350 Telework allowance.</li> <li>$1,000 Telephone allowance</li> <li>Insurance for major medical expenses including coverage for employees and their direct dependents.</li> <li>2 Live Well Days (one in March and one in October)</li> <li>2 volunteer days to contribute the cause of your choice.</li> <li>5 sick days</li> <li>1 Festive day (in December)</li> </ul><div> <br><em>adm is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse </em><br><em>environment.  We recruit, employ, develop, compensate, and promote regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.
