Obtain all information required for a complete submission and prepares a proposal subject to Brokerlink guidelines. Ensure all information is collected and documented to ensure client is properly serviced.
May be assigned a book of business or policies from time to time to develop relationships and manage ongoing service and annual renewals.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to present renewals, employee group benefits meetings, and assess changing needs to strengthen the relationship that will contribute to achieving and exceeding retention targets Develop and maintain a positive, cooperative, professional image with clients, community profiles, company personnel and other staff members, conduct business in such a manner as to enhance the professional reputation of Brokerlink.
Keep abreast of industry changes, product and service offerings, and shares information with Brokerlink Group Benefits team.
Collaborate with team members and insurer partners on any claim or service-related matters to resolving client issues.
Participate in Brokerlink sales training and initiatives.
