In this role, you will support dealer onboarding, operational questions, customer communications, and ongoing relationship management while helping ensure a seamless experience for our partners.</p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>What You'll Do</b><div> <p><strong>Dealer Support & Relationship Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support dealership onboarding and operational setup activities</li> <li>Assist dealership personnel with remittance procedures and payment-related processes</li> <li>Serve as a trusted resource for dealership questions and operational support</li> <li>Build strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up</li> <li>Identify dealer concerns, opportunities, and trends and communicate them to leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>Customer & Partner Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond to dealer and customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication platforms</li> <li>Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-oriented service</li> <li>Provide contract holders with general guidance regarding contracts and claims</li> <li>Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all interactions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Account & CRM Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate CRM records and dealer activity documentation</li> <li>Track dealer communications, tasks, follow-up items, and ongoing needs</li> <li>Manage organized workflows and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues</li> <li>Assist with collections follow-up and remittance-related concerns</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop expertise in Rider’s Advantage products and programs</li> <li>Support dealerships with iTap Menu questions and troubleshooting</li> <li>Assist dealerships transitioning through operational changes and new processes</li> <li>Coordinate with operations, accounting, claims, and leadership teams to resolve issues efficiently</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>What Makes You Successful</b><p>You’ll be successful in this role if you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.
