text-decoration: underline"><span style="font-size: 14pt">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p> <ul> <li>Be the primary point of contact for key decision makers at assigned accounts and build long-term, cross functional relationships within all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Develop account plans defining the current situation analysis, unique value offering, challenges/pain points, and determine effective penetration and sales growth strategies.</li> <li>Understand competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product to optimize the account’s performance in forecast, margin and revenue  growth, accounts payable, opportunity pipeline and overall customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Represent Batory portfolio with product and industry insights mining opportunities of relevance at each customer, focusing on priority products and customers.</li> <li>Negotiate prices and agreements with customers that provide mutual value and protections.</li> <li>Organize & lead strategic business reviews with customers to review service, develop consensus on short- & long-term initiatives, and create new growth opportunities.</li> <li>Help existing customers as well as build new business through email, phone, online presentations, and in person meetings.</li> <li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.</li> <li>Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.</li> <li>Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline">Education and Personal Qualifications:</span></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>5+ years sales experience.</li> <li>Fluency in both English and French is required.</li> <li>Consultative selling with hunter mentality, negotiation and presentation skills are critical.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in business acumen and mathematics to support strong margin management.</li> <li>Resiliency to organizational changes, process adaptations with ability to troubleshoot.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and prioritization.</li> <li>Excellent listening and negotiation skills;
