Account Supervisor - Fully Remote

Nexus Direct is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Account Supervisor to lead and manage integrated marketing programs for a key client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, multi-channel campaigns.

As an Account Supervisor, you will serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, overseeing campaign execution across direct mail, digital, and integrated channels while guiding internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll do:

Client Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a major client, managing relationships and day-to-day communications
  • Contribute to and oversee marketing program strategy, goals, and performance tracking
  • Translate complex marketing strategies into actionable, results-driven campaigns

Campaign & Project Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a major client, managing relationships and day-to-day communications
  • Contribute to and oversee marketing program strategy, goals, and performance tracking
  • Translate complex marketing strategies into actionable, results-driven campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative, Production, Data, and Media teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee trafficking, QA, and approval processes across all campaign components
  • Review proofs and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team success
  • Contribute to team development, performance management, and growth planning

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in full-service direct marketing or account services
  • Strong experience across direct mail, email, digital, and integrated campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and client management skill
  • Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
