Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting key accounting and finance operations, with exposure to fixed assets, CapEx tracking, SAP systems, and cross-functional projects through tasks like the below:</p><ul><li>Support fixed asset accounting processes, including project tracking, asset setup, and data validation in SAP</li><li>Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation</li><li>Assist with aligning SAP project data with internal systems and tracking tools</li><li>Support data clean-up initiatives, including closing outdated purchase orders and reviewing project listings</li><li>Assist with CapEx activities, including monitoring assets under construction and supporting placement into service</li><li>Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts across accounting workflows</li><li>Provide support for audit preparation, including data gathering and validation</li><li>Perform general accounting support tasks, including data entry, reporting, and analysis</li><li>Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects and ad hoc finance initiatives</li></ul><p><strong>About you<br></strong></p><ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Ability to work onsite from our Saddle Brook, NJ location</li><li>Strong interest in accounting processes, particularly fixed assets and ERP systems</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a hands-on environment</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team</li><li>High level of accuracy and accountability when handling financial data</li></ul><p>Become part of our open and transparent culture.
