Position Summary<br><br><strong>Contractor <br><br></strong><strong>Remote<br><br></strong>Work you'll do<br><br>The services you will provide the Deloitte Project Team: Support the LDX Resource Management Team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate should be dependable, well-organized, responsive, and tactful, with strong communication and critical thinking skills, sound judgment in handling confidential matters, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide administrative and operational support across the LDX Resource Management Team and the broader LDX Team. </li><li>Perform accurate data entry and ongoing maintenance across multiple tools (e.g., Salesforce, internal scheduling platform, Excel trackers, OneNote). </li><li>Pull and distribute daily availability reports; ensure information is current and accurately reflects the latest changes. </li><li>Draft and send confirmations, follow-ups, and team updates; maintain clear, professional correspondence and consistent messaging. </li><li>Gather and validate request details to send resourcing outreach. </li><li>Track and flag internal team members’ bandwidth and availability for LDX Resource Managers. </li><li>Monitor, manage, and respond to resourcing outreach correspondence; consolidate and summarize responses for LDX Resource Managers to enable staffing decisions.</li><li> Monitor and triage a high volume of scheduling and staffing requests received via Outlook and Microsoft Teams; track status, prioritize appropriately, and route items to the correct Resource Manager.</li><li>Support ad-hoc initiatives, including but not limited to record upkeep/cleanup, report creation, data validation, and basic analysis, to improve data quality and reporting reliability. </li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>BA or BS undergraduate degree. </li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in Resource Management, HR, Learning & Development, etc. </li><li>Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations. </li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams. </li><li>Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally. </li><li>Strong competence in attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact. </li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and Salesforce. <br><br></li></ul>Dependable, responsive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.<br><br><strong>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $25-$30 per hour.</strong><strong> </strong><strong> The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong><strong>Candidates interested in applying for this opportunity must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship</strong>.<br><br><strong>We do not accept agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.<br><br></strong><strong>Deloitte is not the employer for this role. <br><br></strong><strong>This work is contracted through a third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong>#Remote<br><br>#Contract<br><br>Expected Work Schedule<br><br>Approximate hours per week<br><br><strong>About Deloitte<br><br></strong>Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
