Whether that be understanding individual team member strengths, challenges, backgrounds, and motivators, or the broader expectations of the business. <span>You will work closely with internal stakeholders to <strong>shape the culture</strong> of success by fostering a supportive atmosphere where each team member thrives.</span></p><p><span>As the Sales Team Leader, you will not only drive individual and team success in achieving sales targets and KPIs but also <strong>lead by example</strong>. Ensuring your team operates with a customer-first mentality and delivers exceptional service to prospective students. You will continuously provide individually <strong>catered coaching </strong>to your team - empower advisors to confidently guide prospective students through their decision-making process. You’re comfortable navigating challenging conversations and bring experience in employee development and accountability, consistently applying policies and procedures while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.</span></p><p><span>This role calls for a leader who is motivated to<strong> raise overall effectiveness</strong> and support both their own growth and their team’s long-term success.
