And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work. </p><p></p><p>With industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Job Overview</b> </span></h2><p><b>The Opportunity</b></p><p>Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Operations, the Zone Aftersales Manager will achieve defined annual performance objectives for Aftersales Commercial Performance, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction for their Zone and the Retailers within it.  The Zone Manager will also need to make sure that franchise representation is maintained at the appropriate standard by all Retailers in the Zone.</p><p></p><p><span>The </span>Zone Aftersales Manager <span>role is field based and therefore requires a high degree of autonomy and self-organisation with management support when needed.</span></p><p></p><p>The Zone Manager will identify improvement opportunities within all Retailers, agree actions, support mechanisms and processes that will help<span> drive improved performance in order that overall zone objectives can be achieved. This will involve achieving changed behaviours amongst senior Retailer Management, changed activities amongst Retailer Aftersales staff and improved capabilities at all levels of the Retailer (through training and coaching) as well as the implementation of appropriate processes.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities & Deliverables include:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Measure performance of each Retailer through regular use and updating of the Retailer Management Information in the core job functions is essential. </li><li>Implement activities and building relationships with each Retailer that are aimed at improving performance in priority areas and monitoring/reporting on progress towards agreed objectives. </li><li>Utilise appropriate resources to assist in developmental activities. </li><li>Conduct regular visits to all Retailers will need to take place but some Retailers will require a higher frequency of visits in order that any necessary improvements in performance can be achieved.  All actions will need to be recorded and progress towards agreed objectives should be monitored and reported upon in order that any further corrective action can be taken. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p><b>A successful candidate for this role will have some, but not necessarily all of the following:</b></p><ul><li><span>Experience within the automotive industry - working in a Retailer environment would be an added benefit.</span></li><li><span>A clean driving licence is essential.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in all Microsoft applications is important.</span></li><li><span>Ability to engage Retailer Aftersales teams.</span></li><li><span>Resilient, strong organisational skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to influence and strong communication skills including negotiation skills.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>This role is field based where you are responsible for a designated Zone. This Zone can be flexible based on your home location across England and Wales.
