AI & Agentic Solutions Architect

<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>The Center of Excellence AI & Agentic Solutions Architect designs, governs, and enables the delivery of secure, scalable AI assistants and agentic workflows across strategic low code/no code enterprise platforms: Microsoft Copilot Studio and Google Gemini Enterprise. Operating as a core technical leader within the AI and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), this role is responsible for establishing and operationalizing a federated development model that empowers business units and delivery teams to build AI solutions independently within shared enterprise standards.<br><br>This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Core Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>The AI & Agentic Solutions Architect will drive AI adoption of Federated Development across the enterprise supporting both the newly formed AI CoE and Power Platform CoE</li><li>Define and implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for the Federated development, deployment, and maintenance of low code/ no code AI/Agentic Solutions</li><li>Establish and monitor Agentic governance frameworks for low code/ no code solutions to ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Create Measures of Success for Low Code/No Code AI Federated Development & Adoption throughout the enterprise</li><li>Enable distributed teams to design and build AI solutions within approved platforms and guardrails, ensuring consistency, reuse, and scalability while preserving local ownership and velocity</li><li>Balance innovation with enterprise standards, operational excellence, and responsible AI practices</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and best practice guidelines</li><li>Promote a self-service culture by empowering users to create and manage their own solutions</li><li>Establish and promote reusable agents, models, templates, and design standards that allow teams to scale AI development without duplicating effort</li><li>Define target architectures for agentic solutions spanning low/no-code agent experiences in Copilot Studio, and enterprise agent capabilities in Gemini Enterprise</li><li>Select appropriate model and platform capabilities for each use case, incorporating enterprise standards for build, deploy, manage and operational readiness</li><li>Integrate AI & Agentic solutions with other systems and data sources, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party services</li><li>Design and implement data models, data flows, and data integration processes</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CoPilot Studio and Gemini Enterprise applications;
