AI GTM Homeowner Marketing Specialist – Haven Vacation Rentals

AI GTM Homeowner Marketing Specialist - Haven Vacation Rentals

Full-time | Remote (30-Day Paid Trial to Full-Time)

Reports to: CEO & Executive Assistant

About Us

Haven Vacation Rentals is a property management company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. We're a hospitality-driven team committed to making vacation homes feel like a haven for guests and a sound investment for owners. Our marketing engine runs on paid Meta ads and a bi-weekly offer/landing page strategy, and we're now building out the inbound layer that will compound on top of it.

We're looking for driven, AI-native team members who take ownership, ship at speed, and care deeply about producing content that earns trust with property owners. We're a faith-driven, mission-led team, faithful Stewardship, Excellence, Humility, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement — and we expect those values to show up in the work.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an AI GTM, Homeowner Marketing Specialist to architect and execute Haven's AI-native homeowner GTM engine, using AI as the production layer behind content, SEO, social, and outbound to drive a flywheel of inbound owner leads at a volume a traditional marketer can't match.

This isn't a theoretical strategy seat. It's a hands-on builder role where one person plus the right AI stack should ship the output of a four-person team. Inbound is the missing leg of our marketing engine, and we need someone who can publish high-quality homeowner content consistently, repurpose it across every channel, and keep the existing ad engine humming. The bar is volume plus quality, not theory.

This role starts as a 30-day paid trial. If the model works, you transition to full-time and eventually roll into the shared marketing team under our incoming CMO, where you'd work across multiple brands with specialist support. If it works here, it scales across seven brands under the holdco.

What You'll Own

Write and publish homeowner-focused blog posts on havenvacationrentals.com on a consistent cadence, including market reports, ADR/occupancy data, owner economics, regulations, design trends, and Haven case studies

Own the full publishing workflow end to end: research, draft, edit, format, SEO optimization, image sourcing, scheduling, and publishing

Write guest posts and pitch them to relevant Smokies, STR, and real estate publications to build authority and credibility in the market

Build a repeatable repurposing system so one piece of long-form content produces 5+ short-form assets distributed across all Haven Facebook pages, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts

Pull owned professional property photos daily from our library, redesign and reformat them for social posting, and maintain a content calendar so the social feeds never go dark

Partner with the Meta ads team to develop strategy and ensure paid and organic efforts compound (Meta ads ownership stays with the team; this role optimizes around it)

Build prompts, skills, and workflows in Claude and similar tools that produce on-voice Haven content at scale

Use AI for SEO research, keyword clustering, internal linking, and topical authority planning, not as a Google search replacement

Stand up automated repurposing pipelines that turn one blog post or podcast clip into a week of social content

Establish a documented repurposing workflow and deliver measurable lift in inbound owner leads from organic channels within 90 days

What We're Looking For

A builder mindset; you'd rather ship 10 things this week than perfect one over a quarter

Strong writer with a clean, clear, on-voice style; you can write for an STR property owner without sounding like AI slop

SEO literate; you know how to research keywords, structure a post, and earn rankings

Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and comfortable operating inside it without supervision

Design-capable; you can produce a great-looking social post in Canva (or equivalent) without a designer

Highly organized; you can run a content calendar and hit publish dates without being chased

AI-fluent; you use Claude, ChatGPT, and modern tools to move 3–5x faster, not as a crutch

Coachable and direct; you take feedback at speed and don't take it personally

Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance owner needs and company goals

Background in real estate, hospitality, vacation rentals, or property management is a plus

Experience writing for a B2B audience (owner-facing, not guest-facing) is a plus

Video editing chops for short-form content is a plus
