Our mission is to ensure fair play across our many PC titles. We deliver EA Javelin Anticheat, a kernel anti-cheat solution that promotes an even playing field for the millions of fans that play EA games.<br /> <br /> We are looking for a senior engineer who is experienced with Windows and ARM to join our anti-cheat development team, strengthening Electronic Arts' position as one of the industry leaders in game security and integrity. Your primary responsibility will lead the development of our Windows on ARM support, thereby extending our game security capabilities into new markets.<br /> <br /> You will report to the Director of the Anti-Cheat Engineering team, located in the US. You can work hybrid remote/in-office at any of our amazing North American offices, like in Austin or Vancouver.<br /> <br /> You Will:<br /> • Develop a native ARM driver for EA Javelin Anticheat, porting existing functionality to work on ARM<br /> • Develop support for loading different versions of EA Javelin Anticheat based on user hardware<br /> • Implement build and test pipelines for automated validation of EA Javelin Anticheat on ARM hardware<br /> • Design and solve for new security threats on ARM devices<br /> • Chart a path for EA Javelin Anticheat to support additional OS and hardware in the future, such as Linux and Proton.<br /> <br /> You Have:<br /> • 6+ years of experience with C++ or other low-level programming languages<br /> • 3+ years of experience with low-level Windows internals and processor intrinsics<br /> • 2+ years of experience with Clang and LLVM<br /> • 2+ years of experience in debugging at the machine code level<br /> • Previously shipped Windows drivers on x86_64 and ARM64<br /> <br /> Bonus Skills:<br /> • Experience developing or reversing obfuscation or encryption technologies<br /> • Experience developing anti-tamper, anti-virus, or anti-malware technologies<br /> • Previously shipped anti-cheat solutions on Linux<br /> <br /> We want to connect you with job opportunities that align with your interests, skills, and expertise.
