We operate in a low-volume, high-quality model—fewer patients, longer appointments, and the time to do dentistry the right way. Our patient base is loyal, educated, and relationship-driven, choosing us for a premium experience and staying because of the trust we build.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of net collections (fee-for-service)
Expected Earnings: $300,000 to $350,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months

The previous associate produced ~$1.2M annually (100% collection rate, FFS with high fee schedule), with additional upside available for a clinician who performs molar endo (including retreats) and takes on full-mouth rehabilitation and advanced implant cases (currently referred out).

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity (4 days/week) with a well-structured schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Occasional half-day Fridays (approx. 9/year): 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The associate will:

  • Perform a comprehensive scope of advanced general dentistry, including:
    • Bread-and-butter general dentistry (restorative, crowns, fillings, etc.)
    • Complex restorative and cosmetic cases
    • Extractions and bone grafting
    • Implant placement and restoration
    • Invisalign
    • Sleep apnea treatment (training available for interested clinicians)
    • Select endodontic procedures

You’ll be supported by advanced technology, including:

  • Digital X-rays
  • i-CAT CBCT
  • TRIOS intraoral scanner
  • Soft tissue diode laser
  • Fully digital, AI-enhanced workflows

Mentorship & Growth:

  • Structured formal mentorship (1 hour/week) for case review, clinical development, and advanced concepts
  • Ongoing daily collaboration and guidance with Dr. Ahmed
  • A true opportunity to develop into a high-level comprehensive dentist

  • A licensed general dentist with 3+ years of experience
  • Residency training (AEGD/GPR) strongly preferred
  • Experienced in advanced procedures, including implants and endodontics
