Associate Director, Email (Temporary)

We lead this industry with a focus on developing unique and creative digital programs for our clients. </p> <p>We are looking for an <strong>Associate Director, Ema</strong>il to join our team for a <strong><em>l</em></strong><em><strong>i</strong><strong>mited term ending November 28, 2026</strong></em>. The Associate Director, Email will lead email programs for our biggest clients and help manage and develop the department. Candidates should be able to demonstrate they are ready to take on leadership responsibilities while managing staff and a large book of work.<br><br>This is a management-level position that pays a fixed starting salary of $100,000 annually, per our company’s transparent employee compensation policy. Benefits include 100% employer covered health insurance, 401K with employer contribution, flexible vacation and sick leave, and more.<br></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Serve as email lead on several complex client accounts — developing and explaining email strategy, communicating with the client, setting content calendars and goals, writing compelling emails, managing client approvals, executing email production, analyzing results, and optimizing based on performance and client feedback</li><li>Manage employees and managers, if needed, within the department and contribute to making improvements to the department.
