Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent to join our team in Seattle, WA.

This position will be responsible for working with the supply chain to fulfill the responsibilities of the Procurement Agent role on the BGS Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) team.

Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of experience levels including Associate & Experienced Procurement Agent.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage suppliers’ quality & delivery performance.

  • Communicates and follows up with suppliers on delivery status.

  • Issue Purchase Orders in a timely manner.

  • Unitize metrics and dashboard to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Conduct monthly reviews with BFE suppliers.

  • Conduct reviews with BFE suppliers and Boeing Engineers to review rejected Supplier Data Transmittals (SDTs).

  • Either support or conduct in person reviews (Initial Technical Coordination Meeting (ITCMs), Production Readiness Assessment (PRAs), etc.) with BFE suppliers, build relationships with PA peers within Boeing (BCA, ET&T, BDS, BGS, etc.).

  • Manage suppliers’ profiles in the Boeing system. e.g. (CSDT access, BEST Profiles, etc.). 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain

  • 1+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

  • 1+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite

  • 1+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) system

  • 3+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)

  • 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or another industry

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range (Associate): $74,800.00 - $101,200.00

Summary pay range (Experienced): $94,350.00 - $127,650.00
