<strong>Associate Product Manager</strong><br id="isPasted"> <br>We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the Product team in delivering high-quality products and ensuring smooth execution across the product development lifecycle.<br>This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are keen to build a career in Product Management. The role is focused on product operations, delivery coordination, and supporting Product Managers with day-to-day activities. <br> You will gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally while learning how successful product teams deliver value.<br> <br><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong><br> <br><ul><li>Supporting Product Managers with day-to-day product operations and delivery activities </li><li>Maintaining and organising product backlogs, including prioritisation support and sprint readiness </li><li>Gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, and feature requests </li><li>Assisting with testing, validation, and quality assurance of new features and updates </li><li>Coordinating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives </li><li>Tracking delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and actions across teams </li><li>Creating and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, process flows, and release notes </li><li>Supporting internal rollout activities, including communication, training, and adoption of new features </li><li>Acting as a coordination point between Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders </li><li>Supporting continuous improvement of product processes and workflows </li><li>Using tools and technology (including AI where appropriate) to improve efficiency and reporting</li></ul> <br><strong>We’d love to hear from someone that:  </strong><br><ul><li>Is highly organised with strong attention to detail </li><li>Has excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Is comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams </li><li>Has strong problem-solving skills and can bring structure to ambiguous situations </li><li>Is collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn </li><li>Has an interest in building a long-term career in Product Management</li></ul> <br><strong>It would be great if you also have:</strong><br><ul><li>Exposure to agile ways of working</li><li>Experience with tools such as Jira,      Confluence, or similar</li><li>Experience supporting projects, operations,      or product teams</li><li>Familiarity with business systems such as      HRIS or CRM</li><li>An interest in or experience with AI tools      and technologies</li></ul> <br><strong>Growth Opportunity</strong><br>This role is designed as a growth path into Product Management.
