We're looking for a full-time phenomenal Associate Solution Architect to join our One Global Delivery team! Part technologist, part consultant, the Solution Architect plays a vital role providing technical expertise for all major client projects. You will participate in client calls and work cross-functionally across the entire organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.</p><br/><p><strong><em>Please note: </em></strong><em>This is a full-time, hybrid position located at the headquarters in Ambler, PA, requiring 3 days per week in-office. Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Ambler, PA. Employment visas will not be sponsored or transferred for this position.</em></p><br/><br/><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><br/><ul><li>Collaborate with Solution Architects to facilitate technical discussions and clarify client needs, supporting the development of targeted recommendations that deliver measurable ROI.</li><li>Assist in technical and integration discovery conversations with clients to gather requirements for implementing platforms and integrating with existing technology stacks.</li><li>Analyze client requirements and challenges, propose effective solutions, and evaluate the short- and long-term impact of recommendations.</li><li>Communicate complex technical concepts and requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Support operational excellence by contributing to documentation, sharing knowledge, and improving internal processes.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and internal teams across multiple time zones to ensure project milestones are met.</li><li>Manage competing priorities effectively, balancing multiple projects and tasks while ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Build foundational expertise in SaaS architecture, integration services, and industry best practices.</li></ul><br/><p><strong>What You've Done</strong></p><br/><ul><li>At least 2 years of experience working with APIs, web services, or related integration technologies.
