Four (4) years of additional Test Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.</span></li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Desired Qualifications</span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">One of the following technical certifications or equivalent* is required: 1. Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) 2. Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) - Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering (SPRDE) - Level 1 3. DAWIA - Test and Evaluation - Level 1 *Level 1 TE Certification Equivalency – One (1) year of additional TE experience and evidence within the past year of completed T&E training/coursework – to include training/coursework obtained through corporate sponsorship, the International Test and Evaluation Association (ITEA), and/or the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). </span><span data-ccp-props="{" 201341983":0,"335559740":259}"=""> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience in software testing with a focus on geospatial applications and Java microservices, and RESTful APIs</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Knowledge of geospatial techniques, analysis, and visualization</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in test automation using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong communication and teamwork abilities</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to work independently and take ownership of test efforts</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $170,000.00 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package.
