Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized solutions. You will work on cutting-edge Web3 projects, including DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, cryptocurrency applications, and enterprise blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain blockchain applications and decentralized systems.
  • Build and deploy secure smart contracts on blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Binance Smart Chain, and Hyperledger.
  • Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and integrate them with web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and software engineers to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Write clean, efficient, and secure code following blockchain development best practices.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
  • Perform security reviews and vulnerability assessments to ensure application integrity.
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
  • Monitor blockchain network performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, industry trends, and Web3 innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in blockchain development or software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Hyperledger, Avalanche, or Binance Smart Chain.
  • Experience developing and deploying smart contracts.
  • Knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technology.
  • Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Ganache, and related blockchain development tools.
  • Understanding of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, cryptocurrency wallets, or decentralized exchanges (DEXs).
  • Knowledge of Layer-2 solutions, zk-rollups, cross-chain protocols, and interoperability frameworks.
  • Experience conducting smart contract audits and security testing.
  • Familiarity with tokenomics, DAO governance models, and blockchain scaling solutions.
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects are a plus.
