Lavendo partners with startups and high‑growth companies to help them hire top‑tier sales, GTM, and technical talent. This role is with one of our clients; we’ll share full details about the company and interview process as we get to know you and confirm mutual fit.

The Role

Lavendo is a US-based boutique recruiting agency specializing in sales, GTM, and tech roles for fast-growing startups. We're building out our content engine — website, blog, LinkedIn, and X — and we need someone to help us turn our ideas into polished, on-brand content, consistently, every week.

This is a production role, not a strategy role. You'll take voice notes, bullet points, and rough drafts from our founder — and turn them into finished LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and branded visuals using AI tools and Canva. You'll own the calendar, the scheduling, and the publishing — clean execution at a high standard.

We ask that you're available for a brief weekly sync during US Pacific Time hours.

What You'll Do

Transcribe and transform founder voice notes and bullet points into polished LinkedIn posts and blog drafts using AI tools (Claude, Perplexity)

Create branded visual content in Canva — social post graphics, blog headers, pull quotes, and on-brand assets

Schedule and publish posts via our social scheduling tools (Taplio or similar)

Publish blog posts to our website on a weekly cadence

Maintain a simple content calendar and flag anything that needs founder input

Lightly repurpose existing content across channels (one idea → multiple formats)

You'll Thrive Here If You

Speak and write fluent English — you'll be polishing content that reaches US founders and executives daily. This is a hard requirement.

Are proficient in Canva — you can work within a brand kit, maintain visual consistency, and produce clean professional graphics independently

Are comfortable with AI tools — you use Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools naturally as part of your workflow

Take ownership of output quality — you care whether the content looks and sounds great, not just whether the task is done

Are organized and reliable — you hit deadlines, maintain the calendar, and flag issues before they become problems

Have an eye for detail — typos, off-brand colors, inconsistent fonts: you catch these before publish

Have some experience with content, social media, or digital marketing — agency, startup, or freelance background welcome

Bonus points if you:

Have experience with Figma or other design tools beyond Canva

Can create original visual assets like branded stickers, custom illustrations, or motion graphics

Have worked with social scheduling tools (Taplio, Buffer, or similar)

Have a B2B or SaaS content background

What We Offer

Flexible part-time contract (~10 hrs/week) with room to grow as our content operation scales

Deel contract for simple, reliable international payments

Tools stack — we provide access to Canva Pro, Perplexity Enterprise, Claude, and dedicated budget for social scheduling tools (Taplio or your recommendation)

Direct access to and feedback from the founder — you'll learn how a US-based B2B brand communicates at a high level

Real creative ownership: this is a new function at Lavendo, and you'll help shape how it runs

Room to grow — as Lavendo expands, this role grows with it

Hiring Process

A straightforward process that respects your time:

Portfolio or work sample — share 2–3 examples of content or visuals you've created (LinkedIn posts, blog graphics, Canva designs, or anything that shows your visual and written range)

Async video — 2–3 minutes recorded, telling us why this role fits you

Intro call with our Founder — mutual fit check

Short paid task — we'll give you a real brief and ask you to produce one post + one visual so we can see exactly how you work

We review applications on a rolling basis.
