This role ensures the brand shows up consistently, compellingly, and in a way that drives both awareness and conversion across retail, digital, and e-commerce channels. </p><p>This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning key brand initiatives including innovation launches, campaigns, experiential marketing, messaging, and day-to-day brand management. The Brand Manager partners cross-functionally to bring the brand to life in a way that is relevant playful, and rooted in great taste and high-quality ingredients. </p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Own The Good Crisp Company’s brand strategy across all channels, ensuring consistency and clarity in how the brand shows up across packaging, retail, digital, social, and e-commerce </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns and storytelling </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Develop and execute brand campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Lead brand management for new product launches and innovation </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Partner cross-functionally to bring new products to market, including positioning, messaging, packaging input, and go-to-market plans </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Own product positioning, messaging, and reasons to believe (RTBs) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Ensure clear, differentiated, and compelling communication across all SKUs and platforms </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Partner with Design to bring the brand to life visually </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Provide clear briefs and direction to ensure creative aligns with brand strategy and business goals </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Collaborate with Sales and Shopper Marketing to support development of retail programs, merchandising strategies, and customer-specific initiatives that drive conversion </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Oversee brand presence across digital and e-commerce platforms, building consistency and effectiveness across website, Amazon, and paid/owned digital channels </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Leverage data and insights to evaluate campaigns, innovation, and brand health, adjusting strategies accordingly </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and E-comm teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high level </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Bring to life experiential marketing ideas </p></li></ul><p>Who You Are: </p><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You have a genuine passion for consumer brands and love thinking about what makes people choose one product over another. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You can connect the dots between consumer insights, brand strategy, innovation, and execution to drive business growth. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You are equally comfortable reviewing performance data as you are evaluating creative concepts or packaging designs. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You know how to influence and collaborate across teams, bringing together sales, operations, design, e-commerce, and leadership to move projects forward. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You have strong attention to detail and care deeply about maintaining brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and can keep projects moving without sacrificing quality. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You enjoy solving problems, finding opportunities, and taking ownership rather than waiting for direction. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">You are excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a fast-growing brand and leave your fingerprints on the work. </p></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p lang="en-us">8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product marketing, ideally within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies across multiple channels (retail, digital, social, e-commerce) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Experience leading product launches and innovation from concept to market </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Strong understanding of consumer insights, positioning, and messaging development </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Operations, and E-commerce teams </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment </p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang="en-us">Experience managing agencies or external partners is a plus </p></li></ul><p>Position Details: </p><p>While we’re ideally looking for candidates in the greater Boulder area, we’re also open to remote candidates for this role. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person.
