Brand Manager- Angel's Envy

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As Angel's Envy Brand Manager, you are a core member of the Brand Team and play a critical role in delivering best-in-class brand execution in market. You will be responsible for planning and execution of key consumer programs outlined in the "Jobs to be Done" of the Brand's Integrated Activity Plan (IAP). You will be accountable for delivering brand performance targets and increasing brand value share while ensuring programs are consistent with Angel's Envy positioning and commercial objectives. This role requires a marketer who is both strategic and executional - someone who can manage complexity, analyze performance, translate strategy into execution, and lead cross-functional partners to deliver impact across multiple initiatives simultaneously. You will be based in Miami, Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Winning Strategies & Creative Excellence - Create iconic brand and growth strategies

  • Lead development of below the line strategy for the brand, working in partnership with Commercial, Customer Marketing, and Commercial Planning to define how Angel's Envy shows up in the On & Off-premise.
  • Lead select consumer-facing activities, collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Customer Marketing, Advocacy, Commercial, and external partners/agencies to deliver with excellence.
  • Serve as brand lead for advocacy and programming, working in partnership with Global Brand Ambassador, local ambassadors and internal stakeholders to develop strategy, manage programming, budgets, measurement and evaluation.
  • Lead joint planning with Sales and Commercial Planning & Activation teams, working with consumer insights and commercial analytics to identify opportunities and develop programs to drive commercial success
  • Serve as Inter-Agency Team Lead for year-round gifting tentpole programs, Kentucky Derby and evergreen occasions; leading full through-the-line execution.
  • Oversee the development of point-of-sale tools and a scalable global toolkit, ensuring alignment with Angel's Envy's luxury positioning and usability across markets.
  • Support the Commercial Planning & Activation Director with management and optimization of the Angel's Envy Retail Specialist program, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager on product and lifestyle photoshoots, contributing to planning, coordination, and execution of creative assets for use across owned and operated channels.

Accelerate Business Performance - Act like brand owner

  • Support the annual Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process by providing brand performance analysis, pricing & analytical assessments of impact of activities.
  • Support in monthly and quarterly cross-functional business performance analysis that unlocks actionable insights & serve as a central brand champion for program measurement & evaluation.
  • Manage and optimize an advertising & promotional budget assigned to you and placing bold bets on activities, brand assets and point of sale material that minimize costs but optimize return on investments working closely with Consumer Insights to ensure we measure and evaluate the performance of brand activities.

SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; MBA is ideal and preferred.
  • You must have 4+ years of experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.
  • Ideally you will have experience in spirits, beverage, fast moving consumer goods business, lifestyle brands or at an experiential agency; luxury brand experience preferred.
  • You will have experience in multiple disciplines (e.g. advocacy, POS Marketing materials, social, media, Analytics, commercial)
  • You have a fundamental understanding of profit drivers and a commercial-focused approach to brand planning.
  • You can analyze available information (e.g. Nielsen data) including the comprehension of the competition and category for the purposes of preparing reports, presentations, providing insights, recommendations and solving problems to grow the brand.
  • You are a passionate, innovative, and creative marketer eager to put the consumer at the heart of all activities first to achieve results.
  • By living a Founder's mentality, you are well organized, an independent thinker, like to multitask and are confident in your ability to conduct yourself in an ethical and professional manner consistent with our company values.
  • You are an influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
