Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated workflows and processes to improve our operational efficiency, data management, and overall business productivity. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of automation tools like Airtable, Zapier, Slack and Make.

Qualifications

  • Optimize and refactor our current automations in order to improve efficiency and quality, while also implementing best practices that can help prevent bugs and issues, given that our current system is actively being used
  • Plan, propose and set up processes for the long term
  • Design, develop, and implement new automated workflows and processes.
  • Build interfaces and formulas in Airtable to help streamline our information and data, such as financial dashboard, KPIs and sales tracking.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor and resolve technical issues related to automation workflows.
  • Navigate an existing large system and document it’s functionality
  • Remain informed and current with software updates in order to provide us with recommendations.
  • Work along side and coordinate with our app developers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in designing and implementing automated workflows and processes
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Hubspot, Slack and Airtable, Javascript knowledge preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with little direct supervision
  • Experience working with small remote teams a plus

Logistics:

  • This is a remote, part-time, hourly contractor position, estimated 10 to 30 hours per month. Hours of availability must overlap with US hours.
