Business Analyst (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote. This person will own the weekly rhythm of business, keep a pulse on sales performance, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across a fast-moving, cross-functional team. Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and continuously improve the weekly business cadence
  • Own end-to-end preparation and facilitation of business reviews, including agenda setting, pre-reads, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ensure the right topics, data, and stakeholders are included to drive effective discussions and decisions
  • Monitor key sales metrics and performance indicators on an ongoing basis
  • Identify trends, gaps, and risks impacting business performance
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales health
  • Escalate risks with context and actionable recommendations
  • Capture, organize, and track action items from meetings and business reviews
  • Drive accountability by coordinating with stakeholders on progress and deadlines
  • Maintain centralized tracking systems for deliverables and follow-ups
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and blockers
Skills And Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and identifying insights
  • Experience building and running recurring business review cadences
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
  • Strong storytelling and business context understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
  • Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or retail/ch

Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
