The starting base salary range for a Sr. Business Analyst is $67,000 to $94,000. Final compensation is determined by geographic location and a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and internal equity. In addition to base compensation, the position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company and individual performance. </span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Business Analyst (Level II or Senior) - Sales and Account Management</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>This is a multi-level position and will be filled as a Business Analyst II or Sr. Business Analyst. Candidates hired at the Senior level must demonstrate increased responsibility, autonomy, and strategic impact abilities.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Business Analyst II Overview</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">This role supports Partner Management, Sales, and Account Management by performing business analysis, process improvement, and project leadership in support of strategic initiatives, partner reporting, and operational effectiveness. The analyst will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Account Management, IT, Operations, and external partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Works with Partner Management, Sales, Account Management,
