Business Coach (Independent Contractor | Remote | Performance-Based)

We are seeking driven individuals who want to build or grow a business coaching practice using proven systems, training, and support. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are serious about working with business owners and developing a scalable, performance-based coaching business.

You’ll work directly with small to mid-sized business owners to improve performance, implement growth strategies, and strengthen operations using structured frameworks.

This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity (not employment).

Compensation Structure

Independent Contractor (1099)

Commission-based + client-generated revenue

No base salary or guaranteed income

Performance-driven earnings

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor
  • Must have reliable internet access

Must have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Business coaching
  • Consulting
  • Sales
  • Entrepreneurship / business ownership

Must be comfortable in a commission-based role
