Our Creative Services team develops high-impact digital content including 3D animation, engineering visualization, simulation, interactive media, training content, and strategic communications assets that support complex technical programs.

Our US division – Rivencore US, Inc. – is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead growth of our digital content business within the domestic Maritime Industrial Base (MIB) market including government entities, shipyards, prime contractors and suppliers.

The Business Development Manager – Digital Content will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for Rivencore’s Creative Services portfolio. This individual will identify prospects, build relationships, develop capture strategies, and close deals across defense, aerospace, maritime, manufacturing, and technical industries.

This is a high-visibility, revenue-focused role suited for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy for digital and creative services
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within DoD, federal agencies, and commercial technical markets focusing on the MIB
  • Build relationships with program managers, procurement leaders, primes, and industry partners
  • Lead pipeline development from prospecting through contract award
  • Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare proposals, capability briefs, and client presentations
  • Track opportunities in CRM (Salesforce) and forecast revenue accurately
  • Represent Rivencore at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience
  • Experience selling digital content, creative services, engineering services, simulation, or technical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of government and/or technical B2B sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
  • Experience selling into defense, maritime, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors
  • Familiarity with 3D animation, visualization, simulation, or training content markets
  • Existing network within government or prime contractor community
  • Experience with capture management and proposal development
