Business Process Analyst

<p><b><span>Summary</span></b>:</p><p><span>The Analyst, IBCU, oversees technology implementation and communications to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of initiatives by coordinating implementation activities, assessing operational and control impacts, and managing business communications. This position partners closely with Technology, Business Control Operations, Risk, Compliance, and operational teams to ensure technology changes are implemented with strong controls, clear communication, and organizational readiness.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The role is responsible for overseeing analyst</span><span>‑</span><span>level workstreams related to system changes, documentation, testing coordination, and communication execution, while serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
