Job Summary:

The Business Process Architect (BPA) is a highly cross-functional role responsible for designing, optimizing, and enabling scalable business processes to ensure efficient operations and positive client impact. The BPA will serve as a critical bridge between strategy, execution, and technology, supporting three core areas: process architecture consulting enablement, internal process design. and PMO augmentation. (Additional Senior BPA responsibilities added below).

Job Responsibilities:

Process Architecture Consulting Enablement

  • Design frameworks, methodologies, and templates for professional services consultative offerings
  • Develop best practices and enablement materials for internal teams to deliver consistent, high-value process consulting services
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to support scoping and solutioning

Internal Process Design & Integration

  • Lead cross-functional workshops to assess and optimize business processes across departments, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and post-merger integration
  • Document and maintain process maps, workflows, and governance structures for core business functions
  • Identify automation and technology enablement opportunities to improve process efficiency.

PMO Augmentation for Complex Projects

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for architecturally complex customer-facing initiatives
  • Contribute to solution design, risk assessment, and process alignment for large-scale or transformational projects
  • Provide quality assurance on process deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives and internal standards.

Job Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor�s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field (Master�s degree a plus).

Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in business process architecture, enterprise process design, or management consulting with a focus on process improvement
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional process transformation initiatives, particularly in complex or high-growth environments
  • Experience in post-merger integration, operating model design, or enterprise change management strongly preferred
  • Professional services or consulting background is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in process modeling and optimization tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, etc.)
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments in a matrixed organization.
