Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist passengers during boarding and throughout the flight.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed, including emergency protocols and equipment checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including food, beverage, and special assistance requests.
  • Assist passengers with luggage storage, seat arrangements, and comfort inquiries.
  • Address and handle passenger concerns, complaints, and emergencies professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and airline policies.
  • Work closely with the pilot and flight crew to maintain in-flight safety and service efficiency.
  • Promote duty-free sales and onboard product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
  • Fluent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Height requirements: Minimum 155 cm (females) & 170 cm (males).
  • Weight in proportion to height and a well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, confident personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle in-flight challenges.
  • Medical fitness as per airline standards.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and first aid training.
  • Ability to handle VIP and international passengers professionally.
