Call Center Specialist (remote in Oregon)

This remote position will be based out of the employee’s home located in the state of Oregon or accepted radius. </p><p><br></p><p>The Brokerage Intake Support Specialist will support with answering phones and responding to members. They perform computer data entry, inquiry requests and provide clerical duties to support the Medical Brokerage Call Center. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential duties include:</strong></p><ul><li>Data Entry of ride and billing information for completed rides. </li><li>Maintains records and reports within areas of responsibility.</li><li>Processes incoming and outgoing mail. </li><li>Prepares denial letters to CCO. </li><li>Prepares and maintains records for quality control. </li><li>Fields incoming phone calls.</li><li>Interviews eligible clients to obtain sufficient information to take ride request. </li><li>Provides timely ride assignments to providers. </li><li>Assesses eligibility according to program regulations. </li><li>Documents rides that providers are unable to provide and assists with arrangements for alternative service delivery. </li><li>Takes messages and routes calls to other programs. </li></ul><align-center><em><strong>**Please note that there are multiple ads but we are only hiring one position**</strong></em></align-center><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>What is needed to succeed in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum one year experience working in a call center or medical office setting. </li><li>Superior Customer Service skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Technology Savvy – proficient in Microsoft Office software and Google Suites.</li><li>Strong and reliable internet connection.</li><li>Flexible; able to multi-task in response to time sensitive and changing situations.</li><li>Handles highly sensitive and confidential information. </li><li>Positive attitude – ability to approach problems in a positive manner.</li><li>Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.  </li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary – starting at $18.00 per hour</li><li>$2.00 per hour additional compensation for proven bilingual skills</li><li>Medical, dental and vision insurance for you and dependents</li><li>22 paid time off days and 12 paid holidays</li><li>EAP</li><li>FSA, with a $500 employer contribution </li><li>Triple AAA insurance</li><li>Wellness benefits</li><li>401k contribution, including 6.5% employer contributions</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul><p><strong>About GOBHI:</strong></p><p>Founded in 1994, Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. is an innovative behavioral health organization that serves communities across Oregon.
