Perform duties and other miscellaneous tasks. Backup for receptionist when needed.</p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience</li> <li>Minimum of one year of previous switchboard experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>General Customer Service and switchboard experience preferred</li> <li>Working knowledge of addiction treatment preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Answer all incoming calls from the main line, greet callers, obtain and provide information through a set of predetermined questions, transfer calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages.</li> <li>Open new client inquiries in Avatar, and connect with proper Access department or front desk.</li> <li>Handled incoming faxes through opening inquiries, scanning in and distributing to proper staff or department.</li> <li>Work with access team to ensure calls for service are answered in a timely and professional manner.</li> <li>Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned.</li> <li>Exhibits actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.</li> <li>Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.</li> <li>Demonstrates strong customer service skills that incorporate the 5 tenets of the Rosecrance Way into daily practices and interactions with all stakeholders.</li> <li>Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Shift: T/W/TH from 9:30-6:00pm and F/Sat from 8:30-5:00pm.</p> <p><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-time</p> <p><strong>Compensation & Rewards</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Starting Pay</strong> <strong>19.21/hr</strong> (<em>based on education, experience, and credentials</em>)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Location:</strong> Rosecrance Health Network- Mulford Road Rockford, IL.
