CERTIFIED MEDICATION AID / HOUSE MANAGER

Now hiring a Certified Medication Aide for the role of House Manager of 2 twelve bed Home Plus Homes. We are looking for not only a superstar, but a Unicorn amongst Med Aides.

This position will be responsible for oversight and Management to include:

  • Staffing both homes - hiring, scheduling, and training of new staff.
  • Taking call for staffing every other week
  • Shopping
  • Planning and oversight of activities

The perfect CMA for this position will:

  • Have a completely flexible schedule and be available to cover for any unscheduled staffing needs - Must be available for (ALL Shifts)as needed
  • Have an active Medication Aide Certificate in Kansas - CNAs DO NOT APPLY
  • Have an outgoing personality, great attitude and have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work well with others
  • Be an Independent worker and be able to troubleshoot problems
  • Be organized
  • Have your own transportation( Must have OWN VEHICLE)
