Position: Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group and private Pilates sessions tailored to clients' needs and fitness levels.
  • Instruct and guide clients through exercises, ensuring proper form and technique.
  • Develop personalized fitness programs to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate various fitness levels and physical limitations.
  • Create a positive and motivating environment that encourages clients to reach their potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Nationally recognized Pilates certification (e.g. STOTT, BASI, or Balanced Body). Bonus fitness certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, NCSM)
  • Experience teaching Pilates to individuals of varying fitness levels and backgrounds.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to Pilates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Schedule:
  • 10–16 classes per week
  • Must be available mornings, evenings & Saturdays
