Channel Sales Manager (Eastern US)

As a Channel Sales Manager atMujin, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our network of robotic system integrator partners. This position is critical in scaling our intelligent palletizing and depalletizing solutions through best-in-class automation partners across North America.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence on revenue growth, partner success, and the overall adoption ofMujin'sadvanced automation technology


Location: Eastern US

Position Description:

  • Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on robotic palletizing/depalletizing and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Assistpartners inidentifying new applications and expansion opportunities within customer sites.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Channel Sales to qualify, assign, and advance channel-driven opportunities.
  • Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with organizations distributing products,services and/or solutions.
  • Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors and may also train channel partner/distributor sales personnel in product use and sales techniques.
  • Managing the relationship with the channel partners/distributorsIncumbentsmatching this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.

PositionRequirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of sales and/or sales management experience, with a proventrack record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience working with or selling through channel partners is strongly preferred.
  • A passion forcutting-edge technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Desired experience in the industrial automation industry, with knowledge of robotics, material handling equipment, sensors/machine vision, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Physical Demands/ Work Environment:

  • Ability to travel up to50% of the time
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
