These strategic, operational, knowledge, and accountability-based services will add significant value to the successful fulfillment of CMMB’s global mission.</p><p></p><p>The Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the President and CEO, ensures overall accountability and stewardship for the financial resources of the organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management/insurance, IT, and real estate. This role is expected to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO engaging in strategy development, technology integration, budget and resources planning, forecasting future scenarios, as well as overseeing operational activities. Serving on CMMB’s Executive Team, this role will be a key team member on internal direction setting and discussions of operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Ensure individuals’ performance and development needs are met and employees are high performing and engaged.
