How we get there is up to us.  </p></li></ol><ol start="3"><li><p>We choose thoughtful solutions even when it’s not easy.  </p></li></ol><p></p><p>What You’ll Do </p><p>The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a strategic and execution-oriented role that helps scale the effectiveness, alignment, and operating rhythm of The Good Crisp Company as we enter our next phase of growth. </p><p>Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll serve as a trusted partner across the leadership team, helping turn strategy into execution while improving accountability, communication, and follow-through across the business. </p><p></p><p>This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, project management, and executive support. You'll help keep the company focused on its most important priorities by coordinating leadership initiatives, improving operating cadence, managing critical projects, and ensuring the CEO and leadership team remain aligned as the business continues to grow. </p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across all areas of the business. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person.
