This position plans, directs, and evaluates the Contracts program for the Division of Child Support Services, formulates, implements, and coordinates program policies and procedures, directs the research, development, and documentation of computer management reports to comply with new and revised federal/state legislation and to respond to litigation issues, monitors and enforces compliance with federal and state Child Support Enforcement laws, rules, and regulations, serves as full line supervisor, plans, directs, and evaluates on-going management research studies, and directs case reviews.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical, communication, organizational, and analytical skills to be successful in performing the operations of the Contract Management team.</p> <p> </p> <p>HFS values employees with different backgrounds, life experiences, and talents.</p> <p>Employees receive a robust benefit package including:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Monday-Friday work schedule</li> <li>Flexible work schedules are available in many program areas.
