Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, energetic Chiropractic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term career opportunity. This role is a mix of patient care and front office responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and staying busy.

Work Schedule (Important)

  • Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Total: ~31 hours per week

Responsibilities

Patient Care / Therapy:

  • Assist with therapies including:
  • Muscle stimulation (e-stim)
  • Spinal decompression
  • Therapeutic ultrasound
  • Set up and monitor patients during treatments
  • Maintain clean and organized therapy areas
Front Desk Duties:
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Process payments and verify basic insurance info
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient experience

Compensation & Benefits
