<p> We’re working with a well-established civil engineering specialist delivering roads, drainage, and infrastructure solutions across residential developments, supporting projects from design through to completion and adoption <p></p><p> With over 20 years of experience and nine regional offices, they partner with residential developers, housing associations, and public bodies to deliver fixed-cost adoption packages from design through to completion. </p><p><b> The Opportunity </b></p><p> This is an opportunity for a Civil Engineer to step into a role with real ownership and clear progression. </p><p> You’ll be working closely with developers and local authorities, playing a key role in progressing Roads Construction Consent (RCC) and adoption agreements through to completion. </p><p> Whether you’re looking to step up or take on more responsibility, this role offers a structured pathway into an Engineering Manager position as the business expands in Scotland. </p><p><b> What You’ll Be Doing </b></p><ul><li> Managing Roads Construction Consent (RCC) and Scottish Water adoption agreements across live projects </li><li> Acting as a key technical contact for developers, local authorities, and utilities </li><li> Overseeing site inspections, technical submissions, and approval processes </li><li> Identifying and resolving technical or legal blockers to keep projects moving </li><li> Acting as a mentor for junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative team environment </li><li> Playing a part in the continued growth of the regional business </li></ul><p><b> What We’re Looking For </b></p><ul><li> Experience in civil engineering within residential development, infrastructure, utilities, or local authority environments </li><li> Exposure to roads, drainage, or adoption processes (RCC / Scottish Water is a plus, not essential)</li><li> Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders </li><li> Someone who can work autonomously while contributing to a team </li><li> Ambition to grow into a more senior or management-level role </li></ul><p><b> Working Hours </b></p><ul><li> Monday to Friday </li><li> No weekends </li></ul> Salary: GBP 35000 - 45000 per year
