Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineering Apprentice to support site supervision and construction management activities on residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. This hands-on apprenticeship is designed to give aspiring civil engineers real-world exposure to construction site operations, project coordination, and quality control.

Under the mentorship of senior site engineers and project managers, you will learn how to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure safety compliance, and track progress in alignment with project timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site supervision of construction activities
  • Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and project plans
  • Support quality control checks and recordkeeping
  • Help enforce site safety protocols and reporting procedures
  • Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to supervisors
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and field engineers

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or pursuing/completed B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and leveling instruments (a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work outdoors or on-site
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Freshers welcome – on-the-job training provided
