Clinic Nurse Practitioner - Full-time

We are seeking a full-time (32-40 hours per week) Nurse Practitioner for our Hilltop Center located in Hilltop, WV.

The Advanced Practice

Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.

The Advanced Practice

Provider collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center specific goals and priorities.

Provider collaborates with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient specific medical care.

Provider provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the other medical providers in the center.

The Advanced Practice Provider must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and have a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). A minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population is preferred.

APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for each state in which they practice.
