Within this specific region, they are to increase awareness of Discovery Behavioral Health, the division they represent, and the specific brand they have been hired for. Outreach representatives are to develop referral sources, maintain relationships internally and externally, and ultimately drive admissions to the organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Creating and executing regional strategic marketing plans. The goals of these plans are as follows:</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Increase referrals and admissions for continued company growth.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate measured growth and revenue annually.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain referral relationships amongst various healthcare professionals. These relationships should include but are not limited to: Hospitals, Other treatment programs, Private practice professionals, Other professionals deemed an appropriate target for Discovery Behavioral Health clinical outreach.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong> Performance Expectation:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain activity levels equating to 85 field meetings including 5 onsite tours, 3 in-services per month or as assigned by the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to referral and admissions prospects goals as identified by the Regional Director of Clinical Outreach.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain Sales Force database and activity record</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Add new contacts into Sales Force: all contact information, regional assignment, and categorize, update accounts when necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Keep activities and events logged appropriately in Sales Force.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">All Sales Force activity is to be logged daily with all activity logged before the end of the work week.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Administrative support:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Complete weekly and end of month reports in a timely manner: mileage reports, credit card reports, end of month reporting, and other reports as identified by Regional Director.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assess and constructively contribute to the development of marketing collateral and other department needs.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist Regional Director/Territory Manager in identifying new opportunities for marketing efforts: direct mail, online, and community based.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Communication:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate and support communication between outreach and admissions, outreach and clinical, outreach and management.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate and support communication between referral sources and admissions, referral sources and clinical, and referrals throughout Discovery Behavioral Health as a whole.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Knowledge, Education, Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">At least three years of experience working in direct outreach or clinical experience in the mental health field</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Competencies:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following skills satisfactorily.
