CNC Operator Apprentice - Precision Machining Skills in Manufacturing Unit

This apprenticeship offers hands-on training for individuals eager to learn the art of precision machining. As a CNC Operator Apprentice, you will work with experienced professionals to learn how to operate, set up, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines used in manufacturing. This role provides you with the skills and knowledge to start a career in high-precision manufacturing.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum education: Diploma
  • Must be 20 years or older
  • Valid Aadhar card required
  • Interest in machinery, precision work, and manufacturing is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the operation of CNC machines for manufacturing parts and components
  • Learning to set up and calibrate machines to meet specific tolerances
  • Following blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders for product specifications
  • Monitoring the performance of CNC machines and ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines and tools
  • Keeping work areas clean and following safety procedures in the workshop
  • Assisting with quality checks and reporting any issues during production

Program Structure

  • 12-month paid apprenticeship with comprehensive on-the-job training
  • Work schedule: 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), 5 working days per week
  • Online assessments at 3 and 11 months to evaluate progress and learning
  • Certificate co-issued by the company and recognized industry authority upon completion
