Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Assist customers with making and changing flight reservations, as well as managing their existing bookings. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail while entering and updating customer information in the reservations system. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist customers. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times. Adhere to company guidelines, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe and secure work environment. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the company. Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and superiors to provide accurate and timely information. Assist in other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Delta Air Lines in a positive and professional manner.
