Full or part time (minimum of 3 days per week - 24 hours)</b></p><p><b>Salary: From £47,000 per annum** plus excellent Bupa benefits</b></p><p>**based on full-time, if part-time this will be pro-rata</p><p></p><p><b>Operational hours:</b></p><ul><li><p>Monday to Friday on shifts between 09:00-20:00</p></li><li><p>At least one of your shifts will need to be a late: 11:30-20:00</p></li><li><p>Each day will include 5 appointments</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>We make health happen:</b></p><p>An opportunity to really make a difference to people’s lives, while continuing in your own clinical career development. Providing high intensity CBT sessions on a 1-2-1 basis, you will treat clients referred from our insurance business who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. Working remotely, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.</p><p></p><p><b>You’ll help us make health happen by:</b></p><ul><li><p>To provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes</p></li><li><p>To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client</p></li><li><p>To provide different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference</p></li><li><p>To adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team</p></li><li><p>To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)</p></li><li><p>Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT interventions, working with clients who have a range of presentations</p></li><li><p>IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems</p></li><li><p>Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon</p></li><li><p>Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred</p></li><li><p>Right to work in the UK</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><p>Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
