Empower and support each other.</p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p> <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><p style="margin: 0px;">The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients’ designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will:</p><ul><li>Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions</li><li>Regularly performs annual chart reviews   </li><li>Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality</li><li>Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers</li></ul> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br><ul><li>Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License</li><li>Board certified required</li><li>Residency completion required</li><li>1 year experience in Healthcare management</li><li>Experience with Risk Adjustment</li><li>Must reside in South Carolina</li></ul> <br><strong class="jdheader">Pay Transparency</strong> <br><br>Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
