This role will serve as a strategic communications partner to leadership owning the company narrative across employees, media and external stakeholders.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping the story of Cardlytics during an important period of focus and execution. The ideal candidate is a versatile communicator who can move seamlessly between executive messaging, employee communications, media relations and strategic narrative development.</span></p><p></p><p><span>You will partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and People organization to ensure the company’s strategy, culture and business priorities are communicated clearly, consistently and credibly inside and outside the company.</span></p><p></p><p>This role can be worked remotely.</p><p></p><p><b><b>Key Responsibilities</b></b></p><p><b><b>Leadership & Internal Communications</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Serve as a strategic communications partner to the CEO and leadership team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and manage internal communications that promote transparency, alignment, and engagement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Craft executive messaging for All Hands meetings, company announcements, organizational updates, and cultural initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Oversee internal channels and intranet content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish communication standards that reinforce clarity and alignment across the organization.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><b>External Communications</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead PR strategy and external storytelling that amplifies Cardlytics’ business priorities and brand presence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and manage relationships with key media, respond to press inquiries, and proactively pitch thought leadership opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare high-impact materials including press releases, blogs, executive bylines, and key announcements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with Investor Relations and Finance on earnings communications and major corporate milestones.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Digital & Corporate Presence</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee messaging across the corporate website and social channels to ensure consistency with brand and leadership communications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with creative and development teams to maintain a cohesive, engaging corporate presence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage communication templates, content updates, and design partnerships as needed.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>You Are</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>A strategic storyteller and experienced communicator who excels at both planning and execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A trusted advisor to leadership, offering a clear, candid perspective on messaging and narrative.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong writer who simplifies complex topics for diverse audiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly organized and proactive, able to manage multiple high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A collaborative partner who quickly builds trust across teams.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>You Have</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>10+ years of experience in corporate communications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in public or high-growth technology companies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven success managing media relations and press outreach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong portfolio showcasing internal communications, executive messaging, and external content.</span><br><span>Familiarity with investor or financial communications (plus).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing corporate web or social channels (plus).</span><br> </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Technical Environment</b></b></p><p><span>We primarily use macOS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
