Summary This role will have client level accountability for product performance of Community Engagement Verification, SNAP Verification and SNAP Integrity. They will be accountable for performance of analytics, technology, vendors, and contact center which will deliver value back to our client. This role will coordinate activities necessary to administer the end-to-end process, act as a client escalation point, support sales in new pursuits and engage in implementation activities as needed.

Your role in our mission

  • Client level accountability for product performance of Community Engagement Verification, SNAP Verification and SNAP Integrity.
  • Accountable for performance of analytics, technology, vendors, and contact center which will deliver value back to our client.
  • Coordinate activities necessary to administer the end-to-end process
  • Support sales in new CEV and SNAP client pursuits
  • Engage in new client implementation activities
  • Monitor performance metrics, including client satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates, to ensure targets are met
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures to identify sources of revenue and cost reduction strategies through process improvements, new initiatives, automation, and strategic agendas/oversight
  • Implements policies and procedures that will improve day to day operations and maximize company productivity, performance, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance and adherence with key client deliverables and contractual Service Level Agreements
  • Advanced ability to manage projects with demonstrated knowledge and experience in Medicaid project management techniques, software, and tools
  • Interacts with executives and supporting staff
  • Supports collaboration and communicates broadly to ensure overall coordination of goals and objectives between internal teams such as Account Management, IT, Implementation, Sales, Product, and other key internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • BA or five or more years’ experience in Medicaid systems and Payment Integrity industry.
  • Five or more years’ experience in project management capacity in a matrixed environment
  • Five or more years’ experience working collaboratively with multiple organizational departments, including Information Technology.
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audience, including executive levels.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and process optimization skills
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L and planning experience.
  • Ability to set and adhere to structured operating rigor.
  • Grounded knowledge of Medicaid regulations and HR1.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
