CD&H Inc. in the Wichita, KS area is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in concrete work, form setting, civil carpentry, or general construction.

As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will assist with concrete and civil construction projects in various locations. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a crew, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist with concrete pours and finishing
  • Build, set, and strip concrete forms
  • Perform civil carpentry and general construction tasks
  • Prepare job sites and assist with layout and measurements
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company and job site safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Previous construction or concrete experience preferred
  • Experience with form carpentry, concrete finishing, or civil construction is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
